No Offer or Solicitation of Securities (Equity Disclaimer)

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any securities, ownership interests, equity participation, or investment in Legacy Wise Advisors, Inc. or any other entity.

Legacy Wise Advisors, Inc. does not offer partnerships, equity arrangements, or investment opportunities. Our services are limited to management and advisory support, and engaging with us will not result in investment solicitations or ownership discussions.

Independent Engagements / No Client Relationship Created By Website Use

Use of this website, submission of contact forms, or participation in initial discussions does not create a client relationship with Legacy Wise Advisors, Inc.

A formal client relationship is established only after a written agreement has been executed, clearly defining the scope of services, responsibilities, and any applicable fees.

Insurance Consulting (New York)

When a client requests insurance-specific consultation—including an initial consult, review of existing coverages, identification of pain points, market research, and quote comparison—services may be provided under a written insurance consulting agreement consistent with New York Insurance Law §2119.

Such consulting services are advisory in nature and are completed prior to any insurance placement activity. If a client elects to proceed with the purchase of insurance, placement is handled under a separate written authorization. Consulting fees are for services rendered and are separate from any commissions that may be earned if insurance is placed.
