How Insurance & Professional Referrals Work (Client Explanation)
Legacy Wise Advisors, Inc. provides insurance education, coverage review, and needs analysis, but does not sell insurance products under this engagement.
If a client chooses to pursue insurance or other regulated services after a consultative review, they may:

Work with any licensed third-party professional of their choosing, or
-
At their request, engage an affiliated firm through a separate agreement.
Separate agreements are required because regulated services — such as insurance placement, legal services, or tax preparation — must be provided by appropriately licensed entities under their own contracts and disclosures. This structure protects the client, ensures transparency, and clearly defines each professional’s role.
