Project Coordination & Oversight
Legacy Wise Advisors is engaged when a client wants a single, accountable point of coordination to move a matter forward. We coordinate research, vendor communication, timelines, and follow-through so execution stays aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
What This Often Involves
• Coordinating outreach to vendors, providers, or professionals.
• Comparing scopes, proposals, timelines, and constraints.
• Managing communication across multiple parties.
• Organizing documents, deliverables, and decision checkpoints.
• Resolving friction points so progress continues.
• Ensuring early decisions are carried through during execution.
Coordination and oversight are limited to organizing, monitoring, and facilitating communication — not performing or directing licensed or trade services.
Continuity Through Execution
Clients often retain Legacy Wise Advisors beyond the advisory phase to maintain continuity through implementation. Our role is to remain actively involved after vendors are engaged—monitoring communication, clarifying responsibilities, and helping ensure execution reflects the client’s original objectives.
Engagement Structure
Engagements typically begin with a scoped consultation. Where appropriate, implementation and oversight are handled under a separate agreement tailored to the scope, duration, and complexity of the project.
Advisory services and project coordination are distinct engagements and are contracted separately.
Our services are designed to provide structure, visibility, and follow-through across complex projects, including:
• Vendor and contractor communication coordination.
• Scope, proposal, and timeline comparison.
• Timeline, milestone, and task tracking.
• Documentation and communication management.
• Multi-party coordination and progress monitoring.
Common Coordination Scenarios
Clients typically engage Project Coordination & Oversight for situations such as:
-
Acting as a central point of contact between a homeowner, contractor, designer, and insurance professional during a property improvement project
-
Organizing proposals, timelines, and follow-ups when multiple vendors are involved and decisions span weeks or months
-
Maintaining continuity after advisory work so early decisions are reflected during implementation
-
Helping keep communication organized when a client does not have the time or bandwidth to manage ongoing coordination
-
Monitoring progress and follow-ups across multiple parties so responsibilities and timelines remain clear
These examples are illustrative only. Project Coordination & Oversight does not include performing work, directing licensed professionals, or managing trades.
